With the development of industrial technology, the demand for large-scale production is becoming increasingly high in manufactory. Stabilization, rapidity and efficiency have become the tendency of industrial manufacturing equipment technology. As the core of industrial equipment control system,servo system has already become a hot spot in the area of control. By combining the advantages of both AC servo and DC motor,the servo control of brushless DC motor has been proved to be the best choice of servo system.According to the requirement of adaptive control of motor servo system, an adaptive BLDCM servo controller based on STM32F103 is designed in this paper.Firstly, through the structure and working principle of brushless DC motor,the mathematical model of BLDCM with Three-phase Y connection is deduced in detail in this thesis. And then, the motion characteristics of BLDCM are analyzed depend on the model.Secondly, the principles of DC Motor phase double-loop speed control is explained in detail, and control strategies based on different parameters of the adaptive control method of brushless DC motor is studied. Combining with the design requirement of BLDCM control system, a new algorithm based on adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed in this paper, and a simulation of its control system is achieved. Compare with the performance of traditional PID controller, the result shows that the characteristics of speed dynamic response and anti-jamming capability of fuzzy adaptive PID control are better.Thirdly, STM32F104 is used as the mater chip, the hardware system of BLDCM is designed, including main control chip STM32F103 and its peripheral circuit, invert bridge circuits with IR2104, power module drive circuit, optical coupling isolation protection circuit, current detection and protection circuit, communication circuit. At last, the selections and design about parts of components are elaborated.Finally, based on the design of circuit, the whole C software of BLDCM servo control system was programmed upon the Keil uVision5 software environment. And then, the experimental platform of brushless DC motor control system is built, and experiments are conducted on the control system through the serial port. Experimental results verify that the fuzzy adaptive PID servo DC motor control system owns good adaptive performance in terms of speed control.
