Drying as a method of processing is widely applied in all walks of life, and the study of this specific process has never stopped, along with the social demand increasing,people hope to have a deeper and more accurate expression to the drying process. Setting up a more accurate model, establishing a more accurate drying standard, especially for some new drying methods, they need more and more accurate experimental data to provide guidance and feedback to production and theory. In the paper we have designed a measurement equipment is mainly used for getting drying parameters in vacuum, and put it into the manufacturing process.Based on social need, in order to obtain experimental data as well as construction variety of dry forms, combined with the requirement of getting more accurate data, we keep improving the scheme of the equipment, and keep in touch with the manufactory, finally determine the final plan of equipment manufacturing. The scheme has the following several innovations, first of all, completed the processing of the continuous measurement of quality and temperature data, innovatively adopt a wireless temperature measurement module which avoids the error of the data may cause by data line at the same time; Secondly, completed the environment construction of including vacuum drying, vacuum freeze drying and vacuum microwave drying; thirdly, make the process of sampling in the experiment possibility, at the same time, it also can achieve the microscopic image of fresh material section, Finally, in a view of the vibration on the possible to impact the quality measurement, we added some shock absorption attachments in the structural design, for the largest extent to reduce the impact from the external vibration.As an experimental data measuring equipment,In this paper, the major electronic measuring equipment including cantilever, and wireless temperature measurement system are introduced, at the same time the measuring precision of the device and the possible error are analyzed in several methods, the error analysis of the beam depends on ansys software to simulate and some small experiment, under the influence factors include the initial deformation, high temperature, low temperature, random vibration, what will happen in the number of electronic scale and which rule can be found in this phenomenon, and then what we can do to get more accurate data. On the other hand, the composition of wireless temperature measurement system and its working process are introduced in this section. Based on the introduction of it, we attempted to provide the basis of how to deal with the problems which will happen in experiment.Temperature、quality and vacuum data is a basic physical quantity, but it cannot be directly used for characterization of drying, there are some uniform parameters for drying process, such as, heat transfer coefficient、effective diffusion coefficient、heat conductivity and so on, basic data in the process of calculation of these parameters such as length, time, also including quality, etc, because of people itself or measuring equipment can also cause fluctuations in the data, These fluctuations can be described by uncertainty theory. According to a series of analysis to the uncertainty of the parameters of drying process, we can get the reason which influences the final data most.At last, some reasonable experiments are designed, through the experiments, the acceptance of the equipment will be done, and equipment parameters can be got at the same time, it will also be used to verify the error analysis and the wireless temperature measuring device can be used to get more accurate value.
