Research On The Planning Strategy Of Mountainou Towns In Central China

China is a mountainous country, there are many mountainous towns and they are widely distributed.With the deepening of the ChinaWestern’s Development and the increasingly prominent contradiction between urban construction and ecological environment because of the rapid development of the eastern coastal towns, the central and western mountainous towns ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity.In order to realize the overall layout of the resource and overall development, improve the country’s overall economic strength, mountainous towns’ development and construction has obtained the social widespread attention. We need to explore a set of corresponding methods about mountainous urban development and construction based on the characteristics of mountainous cities and towns, in order to guide the urban construction to a virtuous cycle of the sustainable development.This paper is to explore the mountain towns’ development strategy on the base of research situation of mountain cities and towns at home and abroad and the characteristic of mountain cities and towns in central China. And take the case of Yaojiaji in Wuhan Huangpi to prove the feasibility of mountain cities and towns’ development strategy.The core of this paper is the research on the base of mountain cities and towns’ landform, morphology of spatial allocation, the traffic layout characteristics, town industrial development and ecology landscape. It puts forward the mountain cities and towns’ development strategy on the aspects of population prediction, the pattern of space form, the selection of land use,the development requirements of the third industry, urban traffic organization and urban landscape view. Different cities and towns could choose different development strategy according to its characteristic.In the end of the paper, take the overall planning of Yaojiaji for example to study, explore the cities and towns development strategy of Yaojiaji according to its current foundation, population forecast, village system, land selection and layout, industrial development, traffic organization, and landscape requirements.
