Magnetic coupling resonant wireless power technology is a new type of wireless power transmission technology, which has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency and good safety performance overcoming the shortcoming of many traditional ways power transmission. It is applicable to the medium of transmission distance. Meanwhile, it can afford all kinds of portable products at the same time for charging. So it can reduce the cost of charging equipment and be beneficial to environmental protection. Furthermore, this technique can be used in various fields and be convenient to the development of modern high technology and people life. Therefore, the research consisted in this thesis has good research significance and practical value.The working principle and system structure of the magnetic coupling resonant wireless power supply system are analyzed in this thesis. And the near zone magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission media is studied in detail, based on which the coupled magnetic resonant wireless power supply system coupling model is analyzed. Focused on the transmission characteristics of wireless power supply system, it is found that many factors affect the transmission characteristics of the system, including coil parameters, circuit quality factor, coupling coil inductance and the resonant frequency of the system. The different number of turns coil under different resonance frequency and the distance effect the transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed in theory, then getting the optimal coil number of turns, the optimum coupling distance and the resonant frequency.This thesis introduces the overall design of wireless power supply system, including the design of transmitter circuit, coupling coil and the receiver circuit. The chips for the transmitter high frequency inverter circuit are chosen and the damping absorption circuit parameters are calculated. The rectifier circuit, filter circuit and voltage regulator circuit are designed in detail and the corresponding parameters are calculated. Optimized the design of coupling coil, and the wireless power supply system structure is given.In order to verify the validity of the resonant wireless power supply system based on the magnetic coupling, the experimental result of the wireless power supply system is analyzed. The test results show that the wireless power supply system design is reasonable. The driver input and output waveform of inverter output waveform, the transmitting coil, no-load voltage waveform, energy transmission waveform, rectification circuit output waveform and load waveform all can meet the design requirements. Distance experiments verify the correctness of the theory. Frequency optimization of wireless power supply system experiments show that the system still remains stable when the frequency changes within a certain range. The power voltage transformer experiment shows that increasing the supply voltage can effectively improve the efficiency and received power of the system. In this thesis, a high efficiency and stable power wireless power system is designed successfully.
