| Transmission is a key component of vehicle transmission system, and plays the role to change driving force and speed of vehicle. With the improvement of motor speed, the condition of auto transmission becomes bad, and the accident of fatigue damage is increasing. If we can accurately predict the transmission gear and bearing life and design the transmission with high life in the transmission of research and development phase, many accidents can be avoided. In product development, test period of auto transmission is too long, lead to the product development cycle is too long. Software development of transmission’s fatigue life prediction can reduce the product test and verification cycle, the study on the fatigue life of transmission gear and bearing is of great significance.The paper use of MATLAB platform to develop a software to calculate the probability of transmission gear and bearing fatigue life, and use of MATLAB GUI complete software interface design. First, from the Angle of function analysis, the paper lists the main functions of software, and analyzes the feasibility of each module and implementation method. The paper completes the software flow of data and the structure of software design, and analyzes the relation of the various modules. Then each function module is designed respectively.The characteristics of the transmission gear and bearing load are analyzed and summarized. According to transmission steady load, the mathematical model of spectrum program load is designed. According to rain flow method theory, the program is wrote, and the transmission process of load and the measured load spectrum are completed. Then the load spectrum compiling module is designed based on those theories.According to GB3480-83, gear stress and strength are calculated, and the p-s-n curve is corrected based on MM rule, and the equivalent stress is calculated baded on Gerber criterion. The paper uses the rule of Miner and the compositive method of Miner Criterion and interference model to complete the probability of transmission gear fatigue life calculation. Then calculating gear fatigue life module is designed based on those theories.According to the gear ratio and the type of load, the total equivalent dynamic load of bearing is calculated based on the damage accumulation theory. According to GB/T6391-2003, the transmission bearing life is calculated. Then calculating bearing fatigue life module is designed based on those theories.Finally, to verify the feasibility and practicability of the software, the paper uses the software to calculate the fatigue life of transmission 5T136 gear and bearing. |
