The half-screw pile is a new type of variable cross-section, which is made up of the independent innovation of our country. Compared with ordinary pouring pile, the pile has the advantages of high speed, high construction efficiency, wide application, low cost, strong bearing capacity, no noise, no amount of waste soil, no mud discharge.In this paper, the theoretical knowledge and practical engineering on the construction method and the characteristics of the half-screw pile construction method and the analysis of the main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper, the characteristics of the unique characteristics of the half-screw pile are studied, and the advantages of its application are analyzed.(2)This paper is based on the construction of a engineering half-screw pile in Shangqiu Henan, practical half-screw pile used in the construction process of construction equipment and specific steps are obtained, and in the construction process quality control methods and means.(3)This paper analyses load along the half-screw piles transfer rules, the effect of pile bearing force and pile end bearing capacity factors, the existing half-screw single pile limit bearing force theory calculation method are summarized.It is proved that the results obtained by the theoretical method in the Hainan province of "Technical specification for half-screw pile" are more conservative.(4)The pair of static load test results are processed and analyzed, summed up the half-screw pile single pile settlement and pile side resistance characteristics that the engineering pile design requirements of the single pile bearing capacity value is much lower than actual pile can bear load, improve single pile ultimate bearing force design value engineering to bring greater economic benefits.(5)Through the numerical simulation with the MIDAS/GTS, the comparison of static load tests, so that the two are mutually verified.
