Since the "Kyoto protocol" signed,All countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, climate change to common but differentiated responsibilities.In the end of June, 2015, The Chinese government submitted <Enhanced action on climate changeChina national independent contribution>,explicitly put forward the unit of gross domestic product in 2030 carbon dioxide emissions 60% to 65% lower than in 2005 and other new goals.Cap and trade is an important means to control carbon dioxide emissions from all over the world.In order to achieve to market-oriented means to control carbon emissions,Since 2013,China has in shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, guangdong, tianjin,hubei, chongqing and other 7 to start the carbon trading pilot.At present, our country’s carbon emissions trading pilot run basic smoothly,But carbon trading in China is still in its infancy,The domestic market does not understand carbon trading programs,The calculation method of carbon emissions is not perfect,So, in this paper the quantitative method of carbon emission reduction calculation study has certain practical significance.With natural gas pipe network construction as the research object,reference voluntary emissions methodology,the eu’s carbon emissions trading system and the industry standards,combined with the actual situation of gas production,for the gas emission reductions has carried on the quantitative analysis.First introduced the research background;Secondly, this paper introduces the natural gas utilization and development of the status quo,analyzed the prospects of natural gas as an alternative energy source;finally, in this paper, the natural gas production, pipeline network construction, and the application of natural gas carbonreduction calculation is analyzed,verified by practical project in this paper,the quantitative method to reduce emissions of applicability and operability.In this paper, the research methodology of calculating greenhouse gas in the natural gas production and the pipe network construction in our country, provides reference, and has a certain application value.
