| With the gradual advancement of China’s carbon emission reduction process,the full implementation of carbon trading system is also closely followed,especially after China proposes the carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,carbon trading system has gradually entered the country’s various high energy consumption industries,the construction industry as a high carbon emission industry,emission reduction is imminent.As a representative of green buildings,prefabricated concrete buildings have obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.In the context of carbon emission reduction,the large-scale development of prefabricated concrete buildings contains many emission reduction benefits.The prefabricated concrete construction benefit quantitative distribution unreasonable problems on the one hand,on the other hand,prefabricated concrete building under the carbon trading system of emission reduction benefits related research is less,but also the lack of research on assembly stage,and emissions reduction benefits needs to be clear reflect and explore more effectively promote the construction of industrialization and to realize construction of carbon emissions reduction targets.Therefore,the research objectives of this paper are as follows:(1)to build a quantitative model of emission reduction benefit of prefabricated concrete in the assembly stage;(2)By analyzing the influencing factors of emission reduction benefit distribution,a system of influencing factors of benefit distribution is formed;(3)Based on Shapley value method,the distribution mechanism of emission reduction benefits in the assembly stage of prefabricated concrete buildings is established.Based on carbon trading,this paper studies the distribution mechanism of emission reduction benefits in the assembly stage of prefabricated concrete buildings.Firstly,the quantitative index system of emission reduction benefit in assembly stage of prefabricated concrete building was established from three dimensions of economy,environment and society,and a quantitative model was formed.Secondly,through the stakeholder theory,the core participants in the assembly stage are identified:developers,construction units,prefabricated components,design units,and their needs are analyzed.At the same time,on the basis of literature research and combining with the characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings in China,four influencing factors of benefit distribution,including resource investment degree,risk bearing,effort degree and status,are introduced to form the index system of influencing factors of benefit distribution in the assembly stage of emission reduction benefit.On this basis,the initial model of emission reduction benefit distribution is established by using Shapley method,and the final model of emission reduction benefit distribution is formed by optimizing the system of influencing factors.Finally,in order to verify the reliability of emission reduction benefit quantification and distribution model,an engineering case study is carried out on building 6,Block S20,PROJECT H.Through the quantitative model,the emission reduction benefit of the project is 235.25 yuan/m~2,and then the benefit distribution model is used to distribute and optimize it,and relevant suggestions are put forward according to the distribution results.To sum up,this article is based on carbon trading of prefabricated concrete building assembly stage reduction benefit allocation mechanism research,on the one hand,put forward the prefabricated concrete building assembly stage reduction benefits of quantitative index system and benefit index system of influencing factors,and builds the prefabricated concrete building assembly phase quantitative reduction benefits and allocation model,Theoretically,the research content of quantification and distribution of emission reduction benefits of prefabricated concrete buildings under carbon trading system is enriched,which is helpful for further research.On the other hand,analyzing and quantifying the emission reduction benefits of prefabricated concrete buildings from the emission reduction perspective is helpful to realize the emission reduction target of carbon trading system in the construction industry and promote the continuous industrialization of buildings.At the same time,through the emission reduction benefit distribution mechanism,reasonable distribution of benefits with case evidence,for enterprises in the construction industry emission reduction environment benefit quantification and distribution to provide reference. |
