As technology advances, the performance of hydraulic cylinders often directlydetermines the performance of the machinery. Because of in strength, hydraulic technologywhose output force is widely applied to all kinds of automatic environments. Therefore,cylinder is an important part of the hydraulic system. With the development of computertechnology, digitalization has provided a strong boost to the hydraulic development both athome and abroad at present.After synthesizing numerous related literatures and reference materials home andabroad, the working principle and design features of close-loop control digital servostepping hydraulic cylinder of domestic and oversea system is summarized, and the meritand shortcoming is analyzed. The studying direction is decided through comparingdomestic products and overseas products.The relevant researeh literatures are at first summarized. Then purposes and contentsof the thesis are briefly deseribed, and analyzing the basic principle of close-loop controldigital servo stepping hydraulic cylinder. Finally, drawings of the cylinder and each of itsparts are presented. And establish the mathematical model of the system, then based on themathematical model, using Matlab/Simulink establish the simulation model, and analyzingresults of simulation. Base on the detailed analysis to response state of PID control,technology of fuzzy control and table the arithmetic of fuzzy-PID control was applied,which preferably satisfied control request.
