With the development of the cause of communication, the number of big vehicles increases more, and the overloading situation is increasingly serious. People’s conception about the harm of overloading also gradually clear, traffic management departments have put forward the regulation scheme about overrun and overloading. As the communication management about overrun and overloading, dynamic truck scale plays more and more improtant role in communication management in overrun and overloading. Weighing precision of dynamic truck scale is the main problem in the further development. So the system analysis for dynamic truck scale error is very necessary.This paper introduces dynamic truck scale system,and the present situation of the development of the dynamic balance at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the current dynamic truck weighing scale technology problems; the paper detailed introduced the component and its working principle of dynamic car scale, facilitate analyzing the error sources for the following pages. The main part of the thesis introduces the error sources which influence the accuracy scale of the dynamic truck:First of all, tested car used in the weighing platform vibration and how instability speed of the dynamic load will seriously affect the dynamic truck scale weighing precision. This paper analyzed the vibration caused by ground roughness and the dynamic load brought by the different car speed. According to common models set a model, through the MATLAB simulation, got the dynamic load when car with the different speed, through different flatness of the road surface.Second, various kinds of interference of the hardware circuit, such as power supply incentive interference, signal crosstalk, PCB design shortage, and so on will affect the dynamic truck scale weighing precision. This article put forward the ways for the successive approximation power reduce power incentive error, increase its decoupling capacitor, photoelectric isolating devices reducing interference and weighing error through the analysis of the interference in a variety of ways, and problems occurred in Wanli products in manufacturing testment and actual using. Again, weighing signal processing method, the limitations of digital filter algorithm.Finally, this paper introduces the dynamic truck scale installation maintenance note and verification method, and analyse the tipical problems according to the actual dynamic truck scale verification and put forward some more feasible method.
