Electronic Truck Scale Verification Device Research And Development

In recent years,the use of electronic truck scale has increased significantly,and its accuracy is directly related to the vital interests of the general public.Due to the low efficiency,high cost,and difficulty in the transport of weights,electronic truck Scale was difficultly calibrated by weights.This thesis designs a rapid verification device for electronic truck scale.It can effectively save the transportation cost of the weights and improve the verification efficiency of the electronic truck scale.This thesis summarizes the development of electronic truck scale verification.Based on the analysis of the current situation of detection,formulate the corresponding modification ideas.The design of the rapid verification device for electronic truck scale includes two parts: the mother verification truck and the baby verification car(the baby car can be placed in the mother truck).Total transformation of the car include the design of gantry frame and fixing structure,moving mechanism,crane mechanism,hydraulic mechanism,control system by PLC and auxiliary circuit,and make sure the mother truck can lift heavy weights.For eccentric test using the baby verification car,based on the analysis of the working principle of the baby verification car(small but heavy capacity),we figure out the mechanical and control design include the car body,tire,drive,brake system and the fuel consumption instrument.We develop an infrared remote control device to interface with the baby car to get the real-time data and control it.Through debugging and simulation,the baby verification car is perfected and verified.It is an innovation of this thesis to verify the electronic truck scale by using the weights loaded on the baby car to meet the requirements of the verification regulations.Finally,compared with the standard method,the reliability and measurement accuracy of the rapid verification device of electronic truck scale are consistent with that of the standard method.It is in conformity with the requirements of the national verification regulations.But the verification efficiency is much higher than the standard method.The design requirements have been achieved,and the scheme is feasible.
