Energy is the basis for national economic development. Development and utilization of renewable energy put an important part in sustainable development strategies. Promoting the use of distributed photovoltaic solar power is an important way to gradually increase the renewable energy to get effective utilization. With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry, the aims and high reliability advantages of distributed photovoltaic power were more and more used in the power system. Currently, relevant policies and documents have been issued by the National Energy Board and the State Grid Corporation containing clear price subsidies and access requirements.Moreover, these design and planning had been proposed to support development and construction distributed photovoltaic power supply.However, distributed photovoltaic power still has some characteristics, such as small power generation capacity, widely distributed, adjustable and poor and so on, Access to a large number of photovoltaic power low-voltage distribution network, it will impact the running grid voltage and grid protection, also will affect the planning and design of the grid, the regulation operation. In considering the influence basis of the photovoltaic power output characteristics and the distribution network running, scientifically formulated network solutions, and reasonably to be optimized, guide distributed photovoltaic power orderly, controlled access to the grid, It is one of the key technologies of distributed photovoltaic power application promotion. Currently, large-scale photovoltaic power accessed had been studied on lOkV and above voltage level grid construction and operation maintenance, and developed a corresponding executable specification and the relevant technical standards to ensure reliable operation of the grid. But there is no research in 10kV below the voltage level of the grid, especially access more photovoltaic power low-voltage rural grid. When the distribution network construction and renovation, there is no fully consider how to accept large-scale photovoltaic power, while the current planning standards, implementation of documentation and equipment selection requirements are also lagging behind in the development of photovoltaic power current situation, and distribution Network not ready for large-scale distributed photovoltaic power acceptance. Finally, it will Influence with power quality and grid reliability.For this situation, firstly,this paper described the photovoltaic systems, analysising its advantages and disadvantages.According to a rural distribution network model, relationship between electricity load and photovoltaic power is got. Secondly, Under the premise of Power System Security,this paper studied how can construck the photovoltaic power distribution network accepting the large-scale construction. According to the construction of photovoltaic power structure,in this structure how to remove the fault is discussed. Finally, some recommendation for future work has been proposed.
