At present, environmental pollution and energy shortage have become increasingly prominent. Electric vehicles with its outstanding energy efficiency, environmental performance, to become the research focus of future transport. Large-scale application of electric vehicles will inevitably impact on the existing grid system. In order to meet the necessary of future power grid operation, it is necessary to predict the development of electric vehicles’development. Based on this predict, to research its impact on the power grid of Linyi city. All of this will make a useful exploration for the development of Linyi power grid. In this paper, the subject’s analysis will expanded on the following aspects.First of all, different types electric vehicle charging mode were analyzed. On the basis of the behavior of different types of electric vehicle’s charging, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate and analyze the electric vehicle charging load.Then, on the basis of charging models, the charging of electric vehicles’load characteristic curve were analyzed under free charging mode and replace the battery mode.Based on the characteristics of charging load, the influence of a large number of electric vehicles to the distribution network of Linyi City was analyzed. According to the perspective of charging stations and intelligent charging strategies, Feasibility coping strategies were proposed.Finally, the battery charging stations’ characteristics were analyzed. Based on the PSASP software, charging stations’ simulation model was established. Through the simulation, some useful recommendations and conclusions were got.
