In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of the electric vehicle industry and takes the development of electric vehicles as an important breakthrough point to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and supply-side reform.With the increasing of electric cars,affected by vehicle type,such as the owner habits,its charge behavior has a high degree of uncertainty,how to coordinate the charging station site,scale and demand,balancing the interests of the owners,the charging station operator,realize the maximization of utilization of resources is a key problem for the charging infrastructure planning.In addition,in a market-oriented environment,the pricing of charging stations is also affected by surrounding charging stations,car owners' sensitivity to price and other factors.How to set a reasonable charging price and maximize the benefits of charging stations is the appeal of the construction operator of charging stations.Therefore,the research on site selection planning method of new charging stations and the research on charging price formulation strategy of charging stations are the premise to promote the coordinated development of "vehicle-pile-network",which has become a relatively urgent subject.At present,most of the constraints set by the existing charging station planning methods are based on satisfying various basic technical and economic conditions.The construction location and construction scale of charging stations are determined by the optimization function of construction investment,operation and maintenance costs.The sites selected by these methods without considering the specific geographic information of the site are likely to be located in inappropriate site areas,such as lakes,mountainous areas,bustling downtown areas,narrow streets and alleys,etc.,and the optimization results need to be adjusted for many times.In addition,due to different ownership of electric vehicles,different flow of people and different charging demands in different regions,the temporal and spatial distribution of actual charging demands is not fully considered in current charging station layout planning and charging price setting,leading to insufficient point layout planning and charging price setting for decision makers' reference.To solve above problems,this article through research and analysis of all kinds of electric cars in the future ownership,for a particular area of yunnan province planning level years of electric vehicle charging load forecasting,based on the electric car and thermodynamics trajectory,charging needs time and space distribution characteristics are analyzed,considering the charging running costs,charging waiting cost,venue decoration,all kinds of conditions,such as charging based on the grid of charging facilities optimal location planning,scientific and reasonable layout Settings charging infrastructure.On the basis of the layout,the charging price game with surrounding charging stations is considered comprehensively to establish the charging price optimization model of newly built charging stations,and different user sensitivity curves are analyzed to maximize the benefits of charging stations.
