In the field of construction machinery bulldozer belonging to low-speed heavy equipment, mainly for projects in land clearing or leveling, excavation depth of excavation and backfill little push small building height roadbed work. In the 21st century, with the rapid development of construction machinery industry, the domestic construction machinery manufacturing sector sustained the momentum of rapid growth. Second, from the machine-tool-workpiece comprehensive analysis of the entire process system influence quench hardened hobbing error factor, conducted research feature hardened hobbing error, combined Shantui existing gear manufacturing capacity, mainly from carbide hob hobbing grinding quality and positioning tooling optimiz design two aspects to effectively improve precision hardened gear, but also made a number of effective measures to control roll hardened tooth errors.Then analyzes the situation of cutting edge of hob in the scraping process, established the mathematical model of cutting edge tooth cutting, calculation of safety distance of cutter and cutter length of cutter under two kinds of limiting conditions, and the safety distance calculation software of the hob is developed by using Matlab, calculated the safe distance of the cutter under different types of different types of hob. Through the process of comparative analysis, cutter blade range further increase, the number of the workpiece after machining is obviously increased, at the same time, it reduces the cost of single piece machining.And then Shantui SD16 bulldozer company’s final drive of involute spur gear for the study, conducted indexable hob technology research, in the process study, creatively applied to a large indexable hob processing modulus tooth surface hardened gears, the successful use of the process, to improve the precision and stability of the gear 8 accuracy and reduce processing costs of a single piece, tooth surface roughness can be stable reach 1.6μm, cutting efficiency lifting more than 40%.Finally, the overall working papers and experiments are summarized, and the future trends are hardened machining outlook for the future work of this paper research gear processing technology provides a large number of theoretical and problem-solving approach and in the actual productionIt has been applied.
