It is become one of the important reasons for the company’s business development. In order to find out the characteristics of transmission line fault, targeted response and failure prevention. This is the purpose of this paper.The reason is nothing more than transmission line failure resulting in "Act of God", "man-made." Although external causes is the direct cause of the fault line, but the most fundamental reason of the fault line is management deficiencies. YETTC transmission line fault in 2014 as basic data, analysis of the main failure, find out its internal laws. Affecting the main fault YECCT transmission line safety measures, improve the YECCT production safety management level. Countermeasures are put forward on the main fault, in order to improve the YECCT production safety management level.This paper analyzes YECCT transmission line fault, the summary of what areas and seasonal should focus on strengthening the line fault management. And from the organizational restructuring, human resource management, etc., put forward the specific safeguard measures for transmission line operations. Based on the research of the YECCT transmission line fault coping strategies, improve the reliability of transmission line operation, reduce operational costs, improve YECCT management level, cultivate highly qualified management personnel, strengthen YECCT core competitiveness.
