No matter how high the level of urban rail transit automation is,operators are always the last line of defense for driving safety.With the introduction of the Fully Automatic Operation(FAO)system,automated equipment has replaced a lot of manual operations,resulting in staff facing the problem of skill decline due to long-term failure to use skills.Therefore,it is necessary to study the skills of the operating team under FAO conditions.This article analyzes the skill decline of the operation team’s skill-based tasks and conducts a study on the skills decline strategy.The main work completed by the thesis is as follows:(1)Completed the identification and analysis of the skill-based tasks of the FAO operations team.The task characteristics of the FAO operations team are analyzed,and the job classification and responsibilities of the FAO operations team are clarified;on this basis,the operations scenarios of the FAO are sorted out,in order to construct the FAO operations task library and use expert interviews,on-site observations The method clarifies the skill-based tasks of each position.(2)Completed the skill decline analysis of the FAO operations team.Recognized the tasks under the FAO conditions,constructed a skill decline analysis model,and performed a skill decline analysis on the identified FAO crew driver skill tasks.The analysis showed that the main line of operation and platform operations are the main skill decline of FAO crew drivers task.(3)On the basis of the above-mentioned FAO cabin driver skill-based task skill decline analysis,the countermeasures were proposed from the perspective of training methods and training plans,and a comprehensive driving simulation system based on driving simulator and platform scene simulator was determined.Training model,designed a curriculum plan including course content and class schedule,etc.,and proposed an optional program for training intervals.(4)Conducted experimental verification of FAO flight attendant driver’s skill decline strategy.Taking parking benchmarking scenes and platform standardized operation scenarios as experimental tasks,the effectiveness of the proposed training model and course plan was verified and the best training interval was determined.The analysis of the experimental results shows that when the training interval is 3 days,the flight attendant driver will have a significant skill decline,thus determining the best training interval is 2 days.The skill decline analysis model of the FAO operation team proposed in this paper can effectively analyze and identify the main skill decline tasks of each position of the FAO operation team.Based on this,the training model,course plan and the best based on the driving case simulation comprehensive exercise system The training interval can effectively maintain the skill level of the FAO cabin crew driver,provides a good solution to the problem of skill decline caused by the FAO system to the operating personnel,and is of great significance for improving the overall operational safety and operational efficiency of the FAO system.
