As more and more vehicles enter the public life, the traffic jam is becoming more and more serious. In this study, the optimal path planning scheme based on intelligent transportation network is studied. The research content mainly includes:(1) based on the path of traffic restrictions, the data structure design of the intelligent transportation network model, the storage network model and the hierarchical storage of the road path. (2) a simulation platform for the optimal intelligent transportation vehicle routing planning based on GIS is developed. Based on this simulation platform, the Dijkstra algorithm and A* algorithm are studied from the practical and theoretical aspects. (3) a static planning study of the optimal driving path of the vehicle is established. (4) a mathematical model of the dynamic path planning for vehicle driving is created, and an algorithm for coordinating the dynamic path planning of vehicles and autonomous vehicles is designed. The simulation results show that in a certain range, the number of congested roads and the user can adjust the travel costs, and can be used to change the optimal weights of intelligent traffic and user, and the optimal dynamic path planning can be satisfied.
