Development of power by various issues such as energy single, equipment utilization is low, the power grid pollution and other factors. However, thre33 e phase dual-PWM converter has many features such as unity power factor operation, AC side current sinusoidal, four-quadrant operation, two-way flow of energy and so on. It is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of electricity. After years of development. It has been widely used in AC variable speed, wind power, power systems, micro power grids and other fields. And its control strategy has been more and more attention and research.In this paper, research and design three phase dual-PWM converter control system, including the following: working principle, topology, mathematical model, control strategy, hardware and software design, simulation and experiment. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) Analysis of the three phase PWM rectifier works, build the mathematical model, and combining coordinate transformation, grid voltage oriented vector control, three phase digital phase-locked loop, the space vector pulse width modulation and many other technologies, proposed a three phase dual-PWM converter coordinated control strategy.(2) Design three phase dual-PWM converter control system hardware circuit, mainly composed of main topology circuit and control circuit, the control circuit includes a DSP chip and peripheral circuits, signal sampling and conditioning circuit, PWM drive circuit, protection circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit. The main parameters of power components were calculated. Designed control software, including the main control program, the interrupt service routine, the interrupt service routine to complete signal processing, three phase digital phase-locked loop, double PI regulator, decoupled calculation, space vector pulse width modulation functions.(3) Build a system simulation model and experimental prototype, and the simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of control strategy and the validity of hardware and software design.The design of a three phase dual-PWM converter control system is simple, small, modular and implement, stable, also has overcurrent, under voltage, over temperature and multiple protection, can be used as a reference solution.
