With the fast growing of motor vehicle number in our country, the traditional fossile fuel vehicle bring more problems to our environment. In comparison, electric vehicle was born with the advantage of environmental, quiet, energy conservation. After solving the difficulties such as the battery capacity and high price, the electric vehicle industry must be growing rapidly. In order to meet the demands, we should build the charging piles as well, unfortunately it will lead to the grid fluctuation because of the large-scale disorder charge caused by users. How to connect each charging piles in a cluster in a specific area and make their load controllable, their charging procedure steerable, how to save user’s money, and how to guarantee the network load stable, is a big problem.The traditional charging pile lacks intelligent control, effective use of historical information and more charging choices. Pointing at the background of ordinary resident community, this thesis designed a coordinated charging strategy. The strategy uses the load-predicting method to constitute a time sharing price to guide the user’s charging action, and chooses the Hadoop distributed system as a core tool for it’s load-predicting algorithm. Besides, this thesis designed a charging station coordinated charging control system to support the strategy. In the control end,this plan choose the big data processing platform to storage and analyze the mass data, to mining the value of the historical transaction data, to promote the predicting accuracy; In the user’s side,this plan take the predicted-load data, the battery SOC and the user’s charging demand into consideration, then carrying out the coordinated charging strategy, so as to reach the target of saving user’s money and stabilizing the grid load.Big data analyzing plays a more and more important role in our modern IT society, the combination of the Hadoop and the electric vehicle charging piles will become the foundation of the electric vehicle’s universal, the grid load’s stable and the construct of Smart City.
