The electric vehicle industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for charging piles is also increasing.The operator of the charging pile will arrange as many charging piles as possible,resulting in the sum of the rated power of the charging piles being greater than the distribution capacity.The system can be deployed on the ground to ensure charging safety,and it can also dynamically allocate and adjust the power according to the needs of users.Considering the feasibility of the power control system of the charging pile group,the power control scheme and strategy of the charging pile group were mainly studied,and the simulation verified the effectiveness of the power control strategy and the power line carrier-based power controller networking scheme.Aiming at the problem of power regulation of the charging pile group,considering the low transmission rate of the power line carrier,the power constraint relationship between the charging pile,the power battery and the power controller is analyzed and deduced,and the power regulation of the charging pile group with only the simplest parameters is designed.Strategy,that is,only the three parameters of controller address,priority and required power can complete the power control function and minimize the requirements for the communication capability of the power control bus.The power is regulated according to the charging priority,which realizes the dynamic and reasonable distribution of the power.In order to verify the effectiveness of the power regulation strategy,the relevant influencing factors were analyzed and processed,and a simplified parameter model was established to facilitate simulation verification.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the power regulation strategy.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy meets the user’s personalized demand for charging time on the premise of ensuring that the power does not exceed the limit,and effectively improves the user’s overall satisfaction.In order to study the problem of controller networking communication based on power line carrier,combined with the transmission characteristics of power line carrier,an experimental device was assembled and debugged to test the power line carrier module,and a "cyclic redundancy transmission method" to improve transmission reliability was designed.In order to design the networking scheme of the power controller,the relevant factors and problems affecting the networking scheme are analyzed,such as no master-slave networking,communication conflicts after power-on at the same time,and simplified controller initialization configuration.The networking scheme of the power controller based on the power line carrier is designed,the corresponding networking flow chart is given,and the key links are explained.This solution transmits power information through power lines,which simplifies the deployment of the control system and saves the high cost of laying lines.
