With the development of our national economy and regions greater demand for power, making the distribution of power transmission tower is more and more extensive, transmission tower because of years in the wild environment, aging phenomenon seriously, give transmission tower security caused hidden trouble, in past power accident, a large part of their fault because transmission tower is caused by power lines to the disruption, the development of the national economy caused great loss, so that through the transmission tower of on-line monitoring to predict in advance for transmission towers abnormality is very important, and in the current transmission tower monitoring, mostly by using artificial patrolled regularly detecting way, this way, time-consuming by transmission tower geography and climate impact, cant satisfy the transmission tower on-line monitoring of flexibility and all-weather task, and as the 3G wireless technology development, such as the remote monitoring of transmission tower provides a new method.This paper on the basis of 3G wireless transmission technology、Internet technology discusses distance way for transmission tower on-site environmental parameters (wind speed, temperature and humidity) and the tower stress, and uses monitoring mobile remote control center client, convenient anywhere monitoring transmission tower site condition, and the specific work will mainly from the following several aspects:(1) According to transmission tower site comparative remoteness, use traditional cable way wiring difficulties, costly problems, study users CDMA wireless transmission, users the existing base station platform and the Internet, based on C/S network design scheme in the server, by domain name system, solved the dynamic IP address allocation under special network when the client access server restrictions; For transmission tower site by electromagnetic environment is bad, and by the optical fiber based on network switches and multiple terminal building site LAN scheme, and reduce the external environment, and the interference of natural disasters from lightning to minimize damage of equipment.(2) According to transmission tower site equipment data acquisition and remote control, on-site monitoring center in software development, mainly as follows:①In order to respond to remote commands and efficient management transmission tower site much measuring devices, and by using the driver multithreading, making news in a single acquisition thread spare time sharing, improved collection efficiency CPU, guarantee the parameters measurement of real-time. ②Planning colletor testing and normal two working mode, convenient to data display or directly read according to preset strategy adopted automatically run the acquisition ③Through collect data compression method, improve the data storage capacity, reduced the wireless transmission cost.④ Use software combines hardware watchdog mechanism, in transmission tower site system anomalies restart automatically, improves the system’s self-restore ability and sustainable operation ability.⑤ Through the transmission tower equipment state of log, convenient operation of the system of false positives and abnormal back to check the equipment running status.(3) For convenience of customers for remote management and puts forward portable remote control center, the main job is as follows:① Using heartbeat bag mechanism, can timely monitoring to network anomalies control command information, through it all kinds of equipment mechanism guarantee the reliability of the control command transmission. ②The design friendly waveform interface, achieve transmission tower site power of meet an emergency real-time data waveform display, but intuitive view current tower displacement status. ③The design of FTP client based on the NCFTP dynamic library function, can realize the data breakpoints download function, improve the efficiency of the wireless network transmission.(4) In order to perform the system performance tests, using two colletor composed with the Industrial PC LAN, and two serial are connected separately measured wind sensors, temperature and humidity measurement and control modules by environmental parameter acquisition, wireless router using remote connections, first on-site monitoring center of the equipments control test, the system can search for all the sensor equipment, and normal data acquisition and abnormal test in to restart automatically, and verifies the effectiveness of watchdog system, satisfying the system continued working requirements; Secondly using remote control center access field monitoring center, remote control can be realized all function, and can be on-site monitoring to wireless networks in time, and finally achieve abort the transmission tower the function of remote monitoring system needs.
