| With the development of our economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, public entrances are increasingly clogged. The tremendous pressure needs extremely speedy movement, so advantages of gate are gradually prominent. The thesis mainly does analysis and research on the gate control technology and the passing recognition technology, and has designed the software and the hardware.The thesis uses the ARM as the master controller. The ARM judges the legality of passing action by the passing recognition algorithm, then sends the commands based on the judging results to the gate control module, which controls the door to open and close. The ARM controls the LCD to display the current status of gate and the number of people in passage, and controls the alarm circuit alarming if the passing action is illegal. The thesis uses the DSP as the slave controller. The DSP controls the tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor starting and stopping, forward and reverse operation, emergent stop. When the DSP gets the commands of the ARM by the SCI, the door can be controlled to open and close.The hardware of the ARM controller mainly has been completed the design of the power supply circuit, the LCD display circuit, the alarm circuit, the passing recognition circuit. The hardware of the DSP controller mainly has been completed the design of the power supply circuit, the motor drive circuit. For the software part, according to the principle and the basis of the sensor layout of the passing recognition system, the thesis has deeply studied the passing recognition algorithm, and achieved the program on the ARM controller. Moreover, the thesis describes some configurations of the ARM system, such as the clock configuration, the interrupt configuration, the SCI configuration, etc.. The DSP controller has mainly achieved the program of motor control. The thesis describes the principles of voltage calculation, angle calculation, SVPWM, etc., in detail.The thesis builds the motor control simulation platform and gets the results, which prove that the proposed control method can achieve the requirement of the subject. The thesis has tested the passing recognition module and the gate control module, and the results shows that the passing recognition algorithm and the motor control method are correct, and satisfy the established requirements. |
