The Phase double value capacitor motor has a great role in the realization of energy conversion, as a generator to produce electricity。It is important equipment, irreplaceable role in the industrial production, as the main component.First,this paper mainly studies a single-phase asynchronous motor in the distribution of the transient magnetic field under different voltage. Using the numerical analysis, software simulation simulate real situation. With the help of a professional software analysis of electromagnetic field, the main study of the magnetic field distribution of low voltage, high voltage, possible because of the heat loss, further analysis of temperature field.Secend,through the analysis and research on the simulation calculation, the asynchronous motor magnetic field is understanded. Discussed the new asynchronous motor magnetic field under the condition of low voltage distribution, and under the high voltage motor parts in the steady state temperature field, provides reference for optimization design of motor’s structure and later. Because of the research and design more accurate direction of motor. Field-circuit coupling finite element method which is used to build the finite element model of the motor is analyzed, respectively, when the finite element software has carried on the finite element model.There is necessary to to verify whether the phase double value capacitor asynchronous motor can normal boot,for different times in different voltages of the motor internal magnetic field distribution of in-depth research and simulation under the wide voltage belt for this motor frame structure design which has great significance. At the same time it can provide technical parameters for optimization design of the motor later.In this last paper, the main emphasis the field-circuit coupling method is adopted to motor model for finite element analysis of the transient field, which is based on maxwell equations.the basic will joint motors equivalent circuit and finite element model, as the same time the problem of simultaneous equations of this structure can change solving the large nonlinear matrix solution. In the same time single-phase double value motor prove capacitive winding of the stator winding asynchronous motor which is using sine winding form, it can effectively reduce harmonic interference and influence. With the presence of fever and loss,the change to meet the single-phase motor working in the wide voltage down in the internaltemperature of the high voltage will seriously affect the normal work of the motor performance, it is also important to study the internal temperature field.
