This method of cost control can better mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and passion for participation, it is the whole process control of costs dynamic management.Qinglan highway LJ22 tenders section management is successful in using the responsibility cost management, it has treated as an model of experience exchange in the group company. This paper analyzes how to use the responsibility cost management in the highway project tenders LJ22 tenders section. Then, the specific methods are introduced in using responsibility cost management, and the significance is pointed out. Running results are evaluated for Qinglan highway after using the responsibility cost management.
