The expansion of market scale of X gas company makes the laying scope of gas pipe network gradually increase,and the subsequent investment also gradually increases.The control of the project’s responsibility cost management system can not only reduce relevant costs,but also improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.This paper takes the cost management of the gas pipeline laying of the JN.B-J project of X Gas Company as the research object.First from the aspects of organization system,process operation,and cost management method.The present situation and problems of construction preparation,construction management and cost management of JN.B-J project are analyzed.Then,the cost management organization system and management process of the JN.B-J project were determined,and the cost forecast and cost plan preparation were proposed in the pre-construction period using the WBS decomposition method.The whole process of cost control and cost accounting is carried out during construction and completion period.Finally,the economic and social benefits obtained after the application of the system are analyzed.The research in this paper helps X gas better understand the problems existing in the responsibility cost management of JN.B-J project in the actual implementation process,and provides certain enlightenment for the construction of subsequent gas projects.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for similar enterprise projects. |
