| With the development of the economy and science, the demands on vehicle performance of light truck users are increasing gradually. People today pay close contention to vehicle NVH. The isolation effect of power assembly can affect the vehicle NVH directly. The optimal design of suspension system is the key point of improving the vehicle NVH.This paper using the energy decoupling theory, and basing on the combined optimization method through Adams and Isight, researches on the optimal design of the power assembly suspension system on a light truck. Its mainly work are as follow:(1) Brief description of its function, effect, and feature of power assembly suspension system; Review of its research and development status of power assembly suspension system.(2) Using modal test analysis, Adams modeling simulation performance analysis, Adams and Isight joint simulation optimization design of the combination of the three research methods. First of all, this paper analyzes the causes and solutions of NVH problem of the vehicle, and then summarizes the optimal design theory of power assembly suspension system, and analyze the multi objective optimization problem of power assembly mounting system, and select the optimization algorithm.(3) The natural mode and energy decoupling of the light truck power assembly system are simulated by Adams, and the stiffness, the mounting point and the layout of the mounting elements are optimized by Adams and Isight. The program code is transmitted by Matlab software. The application of the software is described in this paper combined with subject research example.(4) Based on the suspension system dynamics equation, the Adams model is built and the simulation analysis is carried out to find the correlation between the NVH problem and the suspension system frequency and energy decoupling. Combined with the modal test analysis results, the optimization results are obtained by using Isight and Adams. The performance analysis of the optimization results is carried out in Adams and the experimental verification is carried out in the real vehicle.The research shows that the optimal design of power assembly suspension system based on Isight integrated Adams is feasible in improving the vibration isolation performance of power assembly suspension system.In this paper, the combined optimization method of Adams and Isight, which provides a reference for the optimization design of the power assembly mounting system for light truck. |
