| With the increasing market activity of commercial vehicles,the demand for comfort is becoming more and more strident.Its NVH performance has gradually been incorporated into the research scope of the carmaker.The vibration source of the vehicle comes from the powertrain and road surface excitation respectively,whose vibration is very complicated.If the mount system matching design is poor,on the one hand it may cause the mount system and the suspension system resonance,which will exacerbates the damage of the body and the powertrain;on the other hand,it may cause passenger discomfort,especially easy to cause visceral organ resonance in the low frequency.Based on the powertrain mounting system of a light truck,a general mathematic model of powertrain vibration is established through the Lagrange method.When the acquisition method of the related parameters and the arrangement of mount system is studied,the energy decoupling method is used to decouple the six degrees of freedom of the powertrain in the model which built by Adams.Then the stiffness of the mount is taken as the design variable,and the partial directional decoupling is taken as objective function to optimize the results.At last,the nonlinear stiffness curve which is designed in MATLAB is brought into the mount system of the model to ver:ify whether it can withstand various extreme conditions by using 28 load conditions.When matching work for the mount system is finished,the hydraulic mount will be studied and analyzed.First,when the mathematical model is established based on a simplified physical model,a simulation model is established based on AMESim,and the related experiment is designed to verify the correctness of the simulation model.Then,the frequency response characteristics of the hydraulic mount are analyzed based on the simulation model.The influence of the mount parameters on the dynamic stiffness and the damping is mainly analyzed.The parameters mainly include some parameters corresponding to the unique gas chamber and decoupling membrane,as well as the length and cross-sectional area of the inertia track.Finally,by comparing with the hydraulic mount without the gas chamber,the importance of the gas chamber is reflected. |
