All the improvement measure are improve staff professional quality and improve the personal; multiple selection of construction organization design; emphasizing the recognition level of construction organizing design; improving management level of construction managers. Optimization measure includes network planning and controlling, logout optimization.Finally, this dissertation comes up with adaption of improvement method in realistic construction based on experienced project, which aims to deeper applied research to network planning optimization and time-cost optimization of the time limit for a project, and figure out improvement method that make it more reasonable without increasing the construction cost as well as satisfying project limitation.
