Research On Optimization Of Construction Organization Design For An Overpass

Since the reform and opening up,all walks of life have been rapid development,especially in the construction industry,with China's integration into the global economic circle,the construction industry is facing opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the construction industry is experiencing the test of the global market,the competition between each other is more and more intense.At present,there are many construction companies fell on the undercurrent of economic crisis,how to ensure the long-term survival of enterprises,in ensuring the construction quality under the constraint of the most effective measures to reduce the construction cost.How to reduce construction costs,construction organization design is a key factor in the preparation of good or bad.As the core task of construction project management,construction organization design is based on the characteristics of the project,the use of scientific management system,overall arrangement,to achieve the efficiency of the project optimization.The construction method of the most reasonable organization in the whole construction process,the actual situation according to the construction plan,scientific and reasonable construction in strict accordance with the plan,take measures to make the project has made a relatively optimal effect.The construction organization design in the project plays a huge role,It is a comprehensive document to guide the construction,engineering quantity calculation,settlement and other activities,but also to ensure the construction according to the guidance document for continuous and efficient water saving and reliability is an important means of scientific management of construction.Under the new situation and new environment,the modern construction of the construction organization design put forward higher requirements,so the construction organization design optimization is imperative.This paper firstly expounds the research background and significance of the construction organization design,combined with the domestic and international research status and development trend analysis to determine the direction of this study,summarizes the main research content and research methods.Secondly,in order to further study the construction organization design,construction organization design theory for the preparation of the paper,through the preparation of construction organization design principle,characteristics,contents and compiling program introduces construction organization design direction and requirements.Determine the methods and main points,the analysis of the general problems existing in the preparation of the construction organization design,from the construction organization design and implementation aspects are summarized.Then put forward the optimization measures and optimization methods to solve these problems,there are three aspects on directivity of preparation method,the construction organization design of construction methods,contents take optimization measures.This paper focuses on the detailed construction organization design optimization method,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process of construction scheme contrast analysis,green construction concept layout,BIM4 D technology under construction schedule optimization.Finally,combined with engineering case analysis of the practical application of construction organization design optimization.According to the optimization measures and optimization methods proposed in this paper,it is verified in the project implementation.
