A Study On The Optimal Measures Of Construction Organization Design

The infrastructure investment from the real estate industry and the provinces and strong support from industrial policy in the macroeconomic environment provide a broad development platform for the domestic construction enterprises. However, since the accession to WTO of our country and economic globalization, huge international engineering markets were facilitated and development rapidly and the domestic construction enterprises were also competed fiercely. A new demand was put forward for the construction organization design by the establishment of a market economy, implementation of management system of construction enterprises, project bidding system and construction management system, the rapid development of construction technology, and continued modernization of management tools. Construction Design optimization is imperative.The effect of construction organization on the modern construction enterprises and various contradictions and problems in the construction were analyzed and optimal measures of construction organization design was proposed, combining the constructed and management experience of similar projects abroad, to provide organization and management decision-making basis for construction projects, improve decision-making level of construction organizations to make full use of resources and speed up the construction pace. At same time, the effectiveness of optimal measure was tested by a case of hospital logistics power center project in Ningbo which can provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for further engineering construction management. The results show that:Advanced experience, the quality improvement of construction and preparation, and optimizing the composition of construction organization design were used for preparation of applications.When applied network project management plan, it is important to accurately express the logical relationship between processes and accurate calculation of various time parameters in network map.It can adjust the construction organization design, compress the duration of the work on key path to shorten the duration of construction period and regulate the cost through network planning.
