In recent years, with the increasing development of C hinese economy, the construction industry has developed dramatically, at the same time, the energy consumption of the construction industry has been rapid growth with a rising trend, which the residential energy consumption of building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion. According to people’s requirement to the residential indoor living environment quality, most energy consumption are used for more comfortable and healthy life and working environment. Therefore, it is very important to create a comfortable and healthy living environment by the minimum energy consumption on the basis of understanding of indoor thermal environment, as well as the residential indoor thermal environment.Nine residences in Q ingdao were selected as the research object, whose indoor temperature and humidity inside and outside, the wall surface temperature indoor and outside and indoor wall floor surface temperature wall were studied, analyzed the different housing wall attenuation and delay effect of indoor and outdoor temperature, and thus indirectly compares the differences of different housing wall thermal performance, and analyzes the thermal performance of retaining structure on the influence of indoor thermal environment.The residential indoor and outdoor thermal environment condition were measured and tested in this paper. The residential indoor temperature varied by the change of the outdoor temperature and humidity and the different residential indoor thermal environment during summer and winter seasons were analyzed. Meanwhile, the indoor thermal environment affected by years of residence, floors and orientation were studied.According the distribution of indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity during summer and winter seasons, the residential indoor thermal environment was evaluated from the aspects of subjective and objective respectively, which combined with the proportion of temperature range and humidity in the standard comfort zone and questionnaire survey of feeling hot and cold about residential rooms. The corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward to solve the problems of indoor thermal environment during summer and winter seasons.In order to research the influence law of temperature between inside and outside, the measured residence PMV was calculated by MATLAB software in the paper. The relationship between thermal sensation and indoor and outdoor temperature during summer and winter seasons was predicted according to the measured residence data analysis. 80% acceptable comfortable temperature range was predicted during summer and winter seasons. A prediction model of the thermal comfort was established by predicting thermal neutral temperature and the correlation between indoor and outdoor temperature.I hope the research will have a certain reference on the improvement of the Qingdao part of residential building indoor thermal environment and creating a more comfortable and healthy indoor thermal environment.
