The Applied Research Of BIM Technology In The Construction Visualization Simulation

With the development of our country urbanization construction, making the construction industry rapid development, urban infrastructure, urban traffic facilities construction, urban construction, urban and industrial and commercial facilities construction of energy base construction such as the demand of the market. However, technological developments in the field of construction is relatively slow, low efficiency construction industry, demand and construction market do not match. In this environment, the BIM(building information model) is a new design and management model which is based on the engineering digital model. It has gradually entered people’s field of vision, and has a rapid development in the construction industry.BIM technology for building information as the core, throughout the whole life cycle of the project construction. The technology has changed the philosophy of traditional CAD technology to achieve innovation in construction mode. To further promote the use of BIM technology to achieve, China Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and local governments have issued a BIM-related guidance and related documents. In the "Twelfth Five-year" development program, it is clear that the BIM technology as an important technical application of the whole life cycle of building engineering, greatly promoted the rapid development of domestic BIM technology. Recently, Jun Yi, vice minister of MOHURD, made a speech in the meeting of BIM technology for modern construction industry, said that who master the BIM will win the future.The past three years, the research group studied a lot about BIM technology, the main findings include: BIM technology in the construction of water supply and drainage applications, collaborative design between construction engineering, engineering volume statistics, the cost of the entire process application. On the basis of the above research, this paper has carried on the research of construction visualization simulation based on BIM Technology. This paper first introduces the theory of BIM and its related software, the BIM technology compared with traditional CAD technology, fully embody the BIM technology advantage in the field of building construction, and on the basis of detailed expounds the application of visualization technology based on BIM construction background and its technical architecture; then use Autodesk Revit Series software component construction visualization analysis model into the Autodesk Navisworks Manage software platform to achieve integration and sharing of the construction phase of information, combined with engineering project construction organization process, based on the construction of BIM visualization simulation and analysis, display project construction visualize the implementation process, to prepare for the subsequent application papers; And then summarized the work method based on the construction of BIM visualization application in the construction field,in order to improve the construction of the various project participants working methods, the new thinking create construction management, and enhance the project parties involved application understanding on the construction of visualization technology,promote BIM-based construction technology of visualization technology development;Concluded problems and countermeasures based on the construction technology of BIM visualization technology promotion and application in engineering projects encountered, so as to provide reference for application construction construction enterprise visualization technology.The research results of this paper to strengthen the project participants to advance the construction process control and dynamic management, reduce or even avoid due to construction problem in the process of the project construction period delay, high quality, low benefit and safety management system not perfect and professional coordination problems, so as to optimize and improve the construction plan, improve the level of construction technology and management, enhance the overall efficiency of the construction industry.
