Parametric Design And Construction Simulation Of Wooden House Based On Revit

With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology,people’s life philosophy and the requirements of living environment have undergone unprecedented new changes.Due to the new era concept of environmental protection,low carbon and green health advocated by the domestic society,wood structure building is favored by architectural designers for its outstanding advantages of personalized design space and warm comfort.In the modeling process of wood structure house,complicated opening,groove structure and matching complex and diverse material information are its unique characteristics,which increases the researchers’ manual operation time and reduces the design efficiency.As a practical tool to realize BIM concept,Revit improves the integration ability of project building information.Different from the existing research,this paper avoids the methods of manually drawing models and relying on third-party plug-ins for model processing.Instead,it is based on the API commands provided by Revit itself,which can more accurately receive data through the design program,automatically generate the wood structure building structure,and match the corresponding material information,so as to improve the design efficiency.In addition,based on the characteristics of BIM Technology Simulation and information visualization,this paper uses the relevant software and functions to vividly present the construction process animation and 4D construction scheme display,so as to improve the expression ability of the original two-dimensional drawings,so that the project participants can fully grasp the construction process arrangement and project scheme information,and promote the effective communication and cooperation among the construction parties.In order to realize the automatic modeling and construction simulation of wood structure building with complex internal structure and meet the arrival of the era of "industrialization",the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the API program commands provided by Revit and the external C #programming technology,the parametric design program is developed in the software,and the set point and line segment are used to provide the automatic method of using the code to generate the wooden house model,and improve the work efficiency of the wooden house construction(2)According to the external parameters received by the program,new solutions are provided for the modeling of complex structures such as complex grooves and holes in the wooden roof,automatic material matching,simulation of the visualization process of distribution modeling,and avoidance of error reporting due to the close distance between line segments,which can make designers devote more energy to the important structural optimization work in the later stage.(3)Through the Time Liner function plug-in in Navisworks,the selection tree is used to summarize the model component set,and the construction progress bar chart is imported according to its construction process,so as to edit and match the construction schedule.Through the key frame mechanism of the animator module,the corresponding component display effect is designed and the viewpoint animation is set up.(4)By setting the relevant parameters of construction progress simulation,designing the visual appearance of model components in the construction,demolition,temporary and other stages,adjusting the construction process information presented by the project,designing the display effect and lens angle,and simulating the vivid effect of the construction personnel’s on-site investigation of the project from the third-party virtual angle,the whole process animation demonstration of the wooden house construction is successfully realized.Finally,an example shows that the research has a certain reference value in modeling and construction visualization of wood structure.
