| The breakaway electrical connector separated by rail is the key signal devices to help implement connection and separating between aircrafts’ electronic equipment and the ground electronic equipment. Due to its special using environment, there is no relevant adaptation of products to meet the demand both at home and abroad. In view of this, this paper systematically studied the key technology of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail according to the work environment and application characteristics of separation electric connector, creativity developing a new breakaway electrical connector separated by rail product which could work in a specific environment.Firstly, the basic overview of separation electric connector was introduced, and the research status of separation electric connector both at home and abroad was elaborated, and the background and significance of research was given. Based on this, the research goal and the main content of this article were put forward.Secondly, according to the performance indicators and requirements of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail, the overall scheme of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail was formulated, designing the separation mechanism, locking mechanism, seal structure and other key parts structure.Third, by adopting the combination of theoretical calculation and computer simulation method, the stress state and mechanical properties of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail were analyzed, providing technical support for the mechanical design of the new breakaway electrical connector separated by rail.Fourth, by using the combination of theoretical modeling and computer simulation method, the heat transfer performance of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail was analyzed, providing technical support for thermodynamic performance design of the new breakaway electrical connector separated by rail.Fifth, according to the design and simulation analysis, this paper has made the product which conform to the requirements of the prototype, and introduced the test technology of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail. On this basis, the special using test equipment of electric connector for prototype test had been carried out to verify the technical specifications of the products.Finally, the full text of the research are summarized, and pointed out further study and direction of the breakaway electrical connector separated by rail. |
