The traditional design method for hydraulic system is mostly based on experience. So it is not applicable in complex systems with multi-loads and multi-oil sources. In order to form a procedure for designing the oil supply system of vehicle integrated transmission, the requirements and conceptual models are first introduced in hydraulic system designing.Oil requirements, conceptual models, structural models, simulation models and its VV&A (Verification Validation and Accreditation) are presented to study on the design process and method on the oil supply system.The requirement analysis based on structured method and object-oriented method is presented in this thesis to study on requirement issues. Also the requirements templates are created as the auxiliary instructions to provide convenience for the requirements study on similar systems. Conceptual models are presented to describe the system in detail and offer the transition between the real system and the simulation world.In order to form the whole structural models, distribution of loads, oil sources and the control elements are proposed respectively.The simulation models are presented based on modularization method. The pressurized tank, double pump oil supply circuit and accumulator supply circuit are first built based on AMESim. Then the simulation models of the whole oil supply system are created.The results of VV&A for all the models presented in this thesis verify its accuracy and reasonableness.The experiment results verify the effectiveness of the process and method on oil supply system designing presented in this thesis.
