Risk Management And Practice Of Ka Yang Road Engineering Project Management Mode

With the characteristics of large investment, high technical requirements, long construction period and tough conditions in the construction site, hydropower engineering construction project is affected by varies kinds of uncertainly elements which are dynamically changed in the construction process. If these factors are not effectively controlled, there will be enormous impacts to the project construction. So, the risk management is particularly important in hydropower project construction. As the lifeblood of development strategy of level T for the development of the Yalong river basin and a project entrusted management mode to explore pilot project, the risk management level of Cayang highway is not only related to the project construction, it’s also related to whether the transformation of ERtan construction company from the management consulting mainly to the project management mainly can be conducted successfully.The research object of this article is the risk management of the traffic accommodation highway in Cala hydropower station and Yang Fanggou hydropower station. After analyzing the risk management of project in different stages of the process(including: risk identification, analysis, assessment and response), mainly combined with the various risk management practices in different phases of Cayang highway project, the main risks in different stages of the project and the coping strategies and effects are analyzed and summarized, and the project risk management experience and the gain and loss are summed up.In this paper, through the analysis of the basic theory of project risk management, as well as the significance and role of project risk management, combined with Cayang highway project entrusted management mode and construction background, standing in the point of view of project management, analysis and expounds the Cayang highway project risk management in the practice of the method of risk identification, risk evaluation and risk coping strategies. Through the practice of risk management in project construction process analysis of experience of the whole card Yang highway project risk management process, summed up the Cayang highway project entrusted management mode and the main risk prevention and risk management theory and practice strategy, risk management to provide the reference for future similar project. At the same time, it has certain guiding significance to enhance project cooperation parties to enhance risk awareness and improve the level of project management.
