The Theory And Case Analysis Of Engineering Project Risk Management

Because of the huge investment,long time span and complicated technology,in the actual construction of a large number of unpredictable risks.Therefore,project risk management must be strengthened,risk identification and control,to ensure the successful completion of the project.This paper not only clarifies the concept,characteristics and main contents of the project risk,but also puts forward the comprehensive risk management of the project and analyzes the whole process of project risk management,including risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation,risk response and risk monitoring,and describes the methods commonly used in risk identification,analysis and evaluation,and risk response.Finally,this paper combines Wenzhou Oujiang Estuary comprehensive pipe gallery project,through the identification of risk factors for first obtained,a fuzzy hierarchy model,quantitative analysis of the various risk factors and evaluate them,on this basis,put forward the risk response and monitoring measures are reasonable,improve the project risk management system help,the successful completion of the project.
