With the rapid development of social economy, the user requirements on the quality and reliability of power supply continues to improve, in the electric power industry bearing distribution network dispatching operation management tasks become more arduous, and enterprise’s fine management of power network operation and maintenance management has put forward higher requirements, establish a distribution automation system for real time processing of unstructured information, a collaborative work mechanism, process oriented management, graph topology, to improve power grid operation quality has important significance.This paper first describes the distribution automation system development background, development of home and abroad, and the development tools and key technologies of the system are introduced.The system can be seamless collaborative network, province, city reconcile grass-roots unit four both independent and can be carried out by the individual level data exchange, working table, data acquisition, data processing, feeder automation is composed of 5 modules. In the actual development, presentation layer using HTML5+CSS+Javascript, the business layer and the logic layer using the Apache+Tomcat services architecture, finally data layer using Oracle database management, design a system based on four layer architecture of B/S structure, in order to realize the network connection graph platform as the basis, to flow closed loop maintenance as the link, automatic and intelligent power integrated power system graphical power network topology based on.In short,the whole project life cycle according to the software development project management requirements in practice, complete the system feasibility analysis and demand analysis and detailed enough, using V development model; must be in the outline design and detailed design stage output unit test cases and integration test case, milepost guarantee of each stage can effectively control; after the realization of the system, are the performance testing, the indicators of concurrency, reliability reaches the design.
