With the development of wireless network technology, many enterprises, even government departments, have realized the mobile official business, but the mobile information construction of the railway industry has not yet development. At present most of the office system of the railway running in the railway-official-network, relying on the traditional PC, which greatly limits the efficiency. In order to accelerate railway mobile information construction and improve productivity, the paper designs and realizes a set of mobile operation system against the background of railway marshalling station. Due to the high safety requirements of railway business, this paper also proposes a set of reasonable network security policy and protection mechanism.Railway marshalling station has a lot of business to field work. Some field positions, such as the cargo inspector, train inspector, connection Operator, still rely on printed reports, printed bills and Wireless interphone to communicate with office staff. The Mobile field operations system in this paper is based on wireless network communication, uses handheld terminal devices, and realize mobile office work of each field position. It will greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity of field staff.In this paper, the main contents are as follows:(1)According to the high security requirements of railway marshalling station operation system, this paper designs, divides into five security regions, and puts forward the corresponding security strategy for each security region.Five security regions are as follows:terminal security region, transmission security region, authentication security region, application security region and host security region.Mainly security policy are as follows:the mobile terminal installs CA certificate based on SD card, used for identity authentication; install MDM client software for terminal management, including application management, equipment state monitoring and remote controlling; mobile software development integrated security sandbox SDK, used for encryption tunnel establishment and CA authentication; mobile terminal on the Internet side access railway network through VPDN line which is provided by ISP to guarantee the connection security and ensure the enterprise data without landing; using AAA certification thorough accessing the railway network, to ensure the user authentication is reliable and controlled; establishing SSL VPN encryption channel for communication, to ensure the data transmission is safety and reliable.(2)This paper designs and implements the client system of railway marshalling station field mobile operation system.This system mainly includes six modules:login service and configuration module, cargo inspection module, train inspection module, sliding prevention module, pulling exhaust pipes module, coupler plan module. Each module achieves the business functions include:receiving the list of tasks, receiving reports of each task, voice broadcast service, real-time pictures uploading, business data processing, real-time business progress uploading, etc.The expected result of this paper are as follows:ensuring the high availability of this system; realizing the full range of security protection for the whole workflow; making important business communications safe, important data not compromised, and important terminal devices controlled.
