High-speed railway is one of fast, low pollution, comfort and convenience of the most sustainable and large transportation mode. Because of rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, demand quantity for high-speed trains is rising. High-speed train system is a complex electromechanical system and bogie system is an important subsystem of train. Research of bogie system reliability to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the high speed train is of vital significance. Based on the application failure data of CRH2 bogie system, this paper had study on operational reliability analysis of bogie system. Views of this, the following researches were studied.(1) High-speed train bogie using failure data was preprocessed firstly and fault description in the form of the Chinese was transformed into a two-dimensional matrix forms. Then these data was input to software and cluster analysis is started. On the basis of the above research, Million kilometers’mean failure rate and mean distances between failures of wheel and axle boxes device, suspension device, frame device, foundation brake device and driving device was computed. Reliability index of each device was analyzed. Each component was estimated based on maximum likelihood estimation and the optimal distribution was determined by A-D test method. Parameter was calculated and graphics were fitted. Change trend of the failure rate function and the probability density function and practical significance were researched. Through these researches, maintenance decision was guided.(2) GERT stochastic network based on reliability parameters was adopted. Operational reliability degree of bogie system was calculated. Thirty five parts were extracted though importance of extracting principle. According to the structural relationship and influence relation between the various components, the entire bogie system reliability of stochastic network model was constructed. Component parameters about reliability function and impact degree was inputted, then reliability degree of bogie system was solved by model properties and transfer function. Different subsystem operational reliability degree was compared and then expectation and variance of sensitivity was obtained. Though deeply studying system sensitivity, Greater impact part on operational reliability degree of bogie system was found. These researches are helpful for improving system performance based on reliability allocation of part design view.(3) Reliability of bogie system was analyzed based on improved EM algorithm of Bayesian network. Firstly bogie fault tree model was established and then fault tree was turned into Bayesian network by transformation method. Bayesian network model was simulated by MATLAB software. Improvied traditional EM algorithm could improve the speed of parameter learning. Parameter learning results under different conditions were compared. Based on the junction tree algorithm for Bayesian network diagnostic, failure sorting about bogie system failed was reasoning. It is helpful for give priority to find the defective part in maintenance and check phase. Study on weak parts of maintenance measures has important guiding significance for repair and maintenance work.(4) According to the use of high-speed train bogie reliability needs, goals and the principles of system building, high-speed train bogie system about operational reliability analysis was designed and developed based on PYTHON language. The function of managing fault data, calculation of reliability index, analysis of statistical graph and construction of stochastic network could improve the usability of reliability analysis of bogie system of high-speed train.
