In the course of modern logistics, the transport and storage of goods must rely on logistics handling equipment to complete. But the logistics of handling equipment is not advanced enough, and some still require manual handling, which affects the efficiency of logistics, so if we want to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs, but also to ensure product quality, it is necessary for material handling equipment improvements to meet the needs of logistics and transport. At the same time, because the logistics and transport are in a closed room generally, in order to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, we decide to use environmentally friendly low energy-wheel motor drive electric vehicles for the transport carrier. we need to design a device that sets handling equipment and electric vehicles in the logistics of electric vehicles to achieve light weight goods transported from a short little piece of cargo transport.This article relates two parts of the electromechanical control and structural design. The main contents include: the selection of wheel motor type and the main parameters to establish hub motor test stand, the logistics of electric vehicles overall structure design, the structure design and control System of translational apparatus of the lifting translation device, etc. Focus on the logistics pan with lifting device structures, which were analyzed to calculate and simulate their work space. Analysis of the hub brushless DC motor speed control scheme wheel while the article is completed by lifting logistics translation device structure design and control design. Translational kinetic theory by means of lifting bodies were systematically analyzed, and the critical link has been checked. Finally, It analyses the workspace of the lifting translation device with MATLAB simulation software.More research can improve the efficiency of the actual production workers, with some reference value for the material handling industry, while providing a theoretical basis and reference for the control wheel motor and its application in electric vehicles.
