Natural gas distributed energy development ushered in the good timing under the current situation of energy structure adjustment,more and more serious environmental pressures and China urbanization layout with rapid development. The development requirements of’the big data and Internet plus’ make system automation and intelligent management imperative.Combining with the theoretical knowledge of natural gas distributed energy system,the paper conduct a comprehensive simulation system and eventually developed the corresponding software with the method of mathematical modeling and computer programming of installations, which provides a powerful tool for the system design and performance analysis.The article research mainly from the following several aspects:(1)This paper introduces the working principle, characteristics, efficiency and applicable conditions of natural gas distributed energy system in different prime mover system installations.Gas internal combustion engine is suitable for smaller generation capacity and lower thermal power with high power efficiency and lower heat grade.Gas turbine has the higher economic advantage with larger capacity and heat utilization grade.(2)Load analysis simulation of power object.The paper predict the user’s cooling load and heat load, the electric load, domestic hot water load and the steam load using the dynamic method and static method to mathematical modeling, and study the the hourly load variation coefficient of different functions buildings.Load calculation results under static method is suitable for the early stage of project planning and design, whose model is also the basis of software development.Dynamic prediction method is relatively accurate, but modeling and programming are difficulty because of curves of the hourly influence factors complicated.(3) Configuration and optimization of Installations system.Based on user demand and the traditional process characteristics of the installations system, the article described integration principle, integration thought and power equipment, waste heat utilization equipment, equipment selection basis of peak-load regulation and ideas of installations system carefully. Although with many influence factors to integrated optimization, but different object installations system of users have same configuration and optimization idea.(4)Thermodynamic performance analysis simulation.This paper constructs models of thermodynamic performance evaluation indexes and points out that the characteristics and applicable conditions of each model.The paper studied mainly energy saving effect under the condition of heating and cooling installations relative to gas production systems, and the advantages and disadvantages reduced power generation efficiency under different definition thinking.(5) Environmental performance simulation analysis.Reference to gas production system and coal production systems, The paper established emission reduction models of installations system, and analyzed reduction model based on real system parameters. The installations system have environment advantages only with the system efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency reaches a certain value.(6)Economic performance simulation analysis.Incremental evaluation method evaluate the economic performance through calculating investment payback period and avoid the artificial factor and price factors’ influence.Project net present value can calculate electricity prices and gas price when make ends meet analyze the sensitivity of different influence factors.Based on the above theory, the article finally realize the calculation module about machinery and equipment and technology of the system, load forecasting, the mathematical model of thermodynamic performance, economy and environmental protection through programming and integrate various modules forming simulation software, which improve the efficiency of load and performance calculation greatly.
