With the development of society and economy, environmental consciousness has taken root in the heart of the people. Energy shortage and environmental pollution have become the two major issues of concern. Looking for clean energy, to improve energy efficiency has been valued by people. Ground source heat pump technology is a renewable energy utilization technology. It uses shallow geothermal resources of earth’s surface as the cold and heat source. It has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, low cost, more and more favored by the people, and loved by people increasingly. As the core of ground source heat pump system, monitoring system directly affects the efficiency of air conditioning system. With the development of automatic control technology, the requirement of ground source heat pump monitoring system has become highly. The establishment of automatic control system has become a necessary condition for efficient and safe operation. The old control system has a low degree of automation and a large energy consumption of the system. Developing a set of efficient automatic control system will help to reduce the energy consumption of ground source heat pump system and improve the efficiency of the work. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of PLC, DDC, and general configuration software are compared and analyzed, and put forward a new solution. PLC is used as lower machine. On the upper side of the host computer, abandon the general configuration software and professional configuration software, and develop the monitoring system of the ground source heat pump system.In this paper, taking an office building as an example, and according to the building maintenance structure parameters, the heat and cold load of buildings has been calculated. In addition, we select the model of heat pump and pump, calculate buried pipe length. In the development process of the lower computer, the need of the monitoring system of ground source heat pump system is analyzed in detail, drawing the monitoring principle diagram of the ground source heat pump system, deciding the input measuring point and control point. The network of ground source heat pump room monitoring system adopts FDCS. According to the characteristics of the ground source heat pump room monitoring system, the distributed control system is adopted. According to the heat pump control, put forward the control strategy of power load based on heat pump and heat pump. According to the preceding control strategy, the control flow of the ground source heat pump, the user side water pump and the ground source side water pump is formulated.Data analysis and database construction is the foundation of computer program development. The energy efficiency evaluation method and evaluation index of ground source heat pump and water pump are set up in this paper. According to the requirement of control and data analysis, the establishment of database is introduced in detail from the demand analysis, concept structure design, logic structure design and physical structure design, database implementation, database operation and maintenance. Set up the design of storage, optimize the SQL query statement and optimize the design of the database.Taking the advantage of C# and Sever2008 SQL, with VS2010 as the development platform, develop the ground source heat pump room monitoring system. The software development using three layer architecture, separated the front-end interface and the backstage database, which is convenient for maintenance. The software includes real-time monitoring, historical data query, data analysis, optimal control, user management and other functions. Operating the database frequently will lead to redundant code, in order to solve the problem of monitoring system. This paper prepared class libraries for it specially. In order to solve the problem of drawing graph of data record, this text introduces the ZedGraph control. The real-time display page can display the current system real-time data display, with operating parameters of each device, and the alarm function. Historical data query can query the historical operation data of the equipment, to provide reference for the management. Data analysis page can view the heat pump system, heat pump, water pump data analysis. The page of optimizing control can control the start and stop of the heat pump system, both manual and automatic two ways, which can also reset the control parameters.
