Air source heat pump water heater is a new type of hot water device,which has many advantages such as save energy,more efficient,environmental protection,etc.,so it has a great value in use and a broad market prospect.The design and research of the performance testing technology is an important guarantee to promote the design,development,and performance optimization of the product.For domestic air source heat pump water heater product is still in the initial stage,the national standard of its performance testing requirements and implementation means,combined with Internet technology,aims to design a remote monitoring function of air source heat pump water heater performance testing system,to test the product’s performance more reliable and stable and accurate.According to the national standard,the performance index of the air source heat pump water heater performance test bench is determined.Through the use of computer software technology,as far as possible to improve the level of automation and intelligent test bench.Combined with the virtual instrument technology,the Flash technology and the software technology,we developed a set of measurement and control software based on the.NET platform,which has a good man-machine interface for test personnel to use it.The main research work is as follows:(1)this paper describes the development of air source heat pump water heater performance testing,at last we make sure the significance of the performance testing.The contents of the research are described in detail from the aspects of the thermal parameters detection,the electrical control principle of the performance test rig,and the design implementation of the host computer software and the remote monitoring module.(2)Analysis of the thermal parameters of the measurement technology,the measurement parameters of the type and the relevant calculation method,research and choose the data processing and test results analysis and evaluation method.(3)the composition of the test system and the electrical control system is described in detail,and the process of the test case,the layout of the measuring points,the working conditions,the high precision measurement technology,the communication design of the equipment in the system are described in detail.(4)we descripes in detail for all of this modules based on the point of the software engineering,such as the design principle of the test software,based on the UML technology,the software function analysis,the multi thread application,the exception mechanism,the man-machine interaction,the chart display database module,and the test condition,the test system equipment fault diagnosis process.(5)determine the module architecture and performance requirements of the remote monitoring based on C/S model;design and implement the procedure of network communication;and use the connection oriented communication protocol to guarantee the accuracy of data transmission.(6)summarize the paper,elaborate the research results and make a prospect of the further improvement and perfection of the test system.
