In recent years, as living standards continue to improve, the car ownership has risen sharply, causing excessive consumption of oil resources and serious pollution to the environment. The skill of hydraulic hybrid has a lot of good points, for example excessive power density, safe and reliable, excessive energy proficiency, situational defense and so forth. This one has been favored by many businesses and universities. The features of hydraulic hybrid make this certain technology widely used in heavy vehicles. The technology of parallel hydraulic hybrid is a branch of hydraulic hybrid, which has not changed the original transmission of the vehicle structure, and is highly reliable. In this paper, the hydraulic hybrid test platform is the major object, focusing on the analysis and study of software, hardware and test.Test platform is calculated firstly, including speed and torque. Then the mathematical model of the key elements is conducted. The hardware of the platform is selected and designed, including two sections: the measure of mechanical hydraulic and electric govern way.Designing the control strategy of the platform and developing the software test model based on Lab VIEW and Advantech PCI1710/U.The effects of hydraulic hybrid in improving power property and fuel practice thrift is verified through a series of tests. At the same time, also verifying the reliability of software and hardware pattern. This research offers foundation of frame of reference on the implication of hydraulic hybrid technology in the field of heavy vehicles, and has an useful fundamentality and certain exoterical value for the product development of hydraulic hybrid vehicles.
