With the increasing in the number of global combustion engines,the increasing environmental pollution problems and the increasing total Greenhouse gases emissions,while at the same time,the exploitation of oil and natural gas and other fossil energy is decreasing,The requirements of the internal combustion engine is also getting higher and higher,environmental protection,energy saving and security issues have become the core of the internal combustion engine industry.This requires the development of new inter nal combustion engines and the upgrading of existing models,but this process requires the internal combustion engine operating parameters to be measured.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to collect and analyze the parameters of internal combustion engine.In this paper,a set of data acquisition and analysis system for internal combustion engine based on virtual instrument Lab VIEW software tool platform is developed in the light of the current situation of existing laboratory.The hardware measurement system of the internal combustion engine data acquisition is completed by selecting the appropriate cylinder pressure sensor,Temperature Sensor,rotary encoder,charge amplifier,A / D data acquisition board,the regulated power supply of each measuring device and the shielded cable for signal transmission,And calibrate the measurement hardware.Through the Lab VIEW software to write G language program,complete the data acquisition board program driver,to achieve the entire software system a nd hardware system joint test.In the process of data acquisition of internal combustion engine bench test,there are some problems of channel shock effect and other random noise interference.It is the focus and difficulty in the process of data signal acquisition and processing.Through the analysis of its source and its influence On the basis of the hardware installation and signal transmission,respectively,to take noise reduction measures.On the basis of the noise still exists,the combination of Butterworth low-pass filter and wavelet filter noise reduction to achieve the original signal preprocessing and accurate data collection,and on the basis of the completion of the Acquisition and processing of other related parameters.Finally,the test prototype under the same working condition is compared and analyzed by using the acquisition results of other acquisition systems and this system,w hich verifies the validity and reliability of this acquisition system.
