Adopting the Energy Plus. as dynamic energy simulation software.a simulation was made on energy consumption of an villa building in Xi’An.using GSHP system which applies different terminal as research objects.Firstly.different air-conditioning system is designed.Secondly.The development background.the working principle and the mathematical models of air-conditioning system components were briefly introduced and analyzed.two models of ground source heat pump system were established : System A(GSHP +Radiant Panel)and System B(GSHP +Fan Coil) and simulated by Energy Plus. compared the energy consumption of two different kinds of air conditioning systems in the building and analysis the simulation results. Finally, the results of the optimization wer made.Main conclusion are as follows:(1) Two different air-conditioning systems were designed basically.calculating the load and the respective air volume. based on these data.to determine the selection of equipment and related parameter that pave the way for the next step of the simulation.(2)The two different air-conditioning systems were simulated by the Energy Plus. the results show that B system consume more energy than A system.which is above 30%.Since the radiation plate has two kinds of heat transfer(radiation and convection) and the role of temperature can be increased 1 ~ 2℃.compared with the fan coil unit.can transfer more energy in the same condition.also.simulation results have been analyzed.(3)A and B system do not meet the thermal comfort of the number of hours are respectively 738.67 and 536.33 hours.the two systems not satisfy the total number of hours is less than 20% of the annual number of hours.comply with LEED certification standards.(4) From the results of simulation which apply new building’s exterior material.leading to a 3.6% decrease in energy consumption rate.(5) Use MLE +(a tool for energy-efficient building automation design.cosimulation and analysis)to simulate different control strategies. simulation results show that green scheduling helped save 8% in electricity consumption and reduce peak demand by 42.9%.
