The Key Technology Research Of Sound Insulation Cotton Coated Layer Heat Sealing Machine

With the development of commercial aircraft manufacture in chinese aviation industry,it’s urgent to study the heat sealing process performance of new type heat sealing materials.what’s more,it is able to provide large scale and resistant high temperature heat sealing equipment which can meet the requirements that large commercial aircraft manufactures the sound insulation cotton processing technology.In order to complete a sound insulation cotton coated layer production task that a large commercial aircraft is manufacturing,we need to develop a new type PEEK sound insulation cotton coated layer processing technology and equipment. This paper has carried out the following research work.First, this paper analyzes the design requirement and key technology of type heat sealing machine. In combination with the use habits of operators, the overall structure design of CR4500 heat sealing machine is formulated, which includes mechanical structure, real-time monitoring system and so on. Second, the problem of five cylinder pneumatic synchronization is solved. Third, according to the requirements of temperature, a set of temperature control systems which combine PWM with PID are designed. And then, the thermal-mechanical coupled finite element analysis are carried out for a variety of heat sealing pressure heads. The structural parameter characteristic changes of heat sealing pressure head under the joint action of temperature field and stress field are gained. Finally, heat sealing test for the sound insulation cotton coated layer PEEK materials is carried out, which confirms the heat sealing technical process and the best heat sealing parameters.The results of data feedback and experiment in the field of production show that the heat sealing machine this topic has researched has the characteristics of wide heat sealing temperature range, reliable temperature control,stable heat sealing quality.The heat sealing process parameters of sound insulation cotton new type PEEK composite thin film materials that this topic has put forward provide a basis for the sound insulation cotton production process parameters optimization in Shanghai Commercial Aircraft Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.And it has the important value of engineering application.
