With the proposed of our country Marine Strategy, underwater navigation equipment inmany areas of industrial, fisheries, agriculture, tourism, defense, and military will be widelyused. The sealing effect of underwater dynamic sealing is the prerequisite for the normal workof the underwater navigation equipment. More and more researchers in countries attach greatimportance to sealing technology, and it is important to the reliability of underwater navigationequipment.This paper describes the current research of dynamic seal structure in condition ofdynamical sealing, by using large-scale software ABAQUS, in condition of complex nonlinearof rubber material and coupling of structure field and temperature field, according to thedimensioning and material parameters、the3d、deformable and entity finite element moduleof seal cartridge,O-ring sealing and inner shaft was built.First, in real operating condition, this paper simulated the situation of fixed-speed andanalyzed the Mises stress, contact stress, shear stress and temperature amplitude of dynamicseal structure. The paper makes the conclusion that increasing of water press gives the biggesteffects to the performance of the seal kit, the performance parameter of O-ring seal will raisealong with the water press, and in every periods of water press, the O-ring seal can fulfill theseal effect.Next, the shift in conditions of constant pressure, the change in performance analysis ofdynamic sealing structure., variation of speed has little influence on Mises stress, contact stressand shear stress, has complication change and disturbance to Mises stress of inner spindle, hasobviously influence on temperature rise range of O-ring and inner spindle, with the accelerationof rotate speed, the range of temperature raising will raise.Finally, by analyzing the sealing performance of dynamic seal structure prediction ruleseal wear contact area and conducted wear-life experiment, the experiment result is consistent with the predicted wear-life, after measuring the O-ring seal sample which is failure, infinitemodule was built by analyzing the measure data. The analysis about performance of the wornO-ring has proved the failure of the O-ring seal.This paper perform the finite element analysis of dynamic seal structure, to provide theorysupport for design, optimize, life predicted and reliability analyze of sealing structure, havegreat reference value for dynamic sealing structure and seal material new product.
